Warranty Details
- No more than 1 full replacement per purchased cooler.
- Canyon Coolers cannot replace coolers that are lost or stolen.
- Due to wide variations in use and environmental conditions, Canyon does not warranty the duration of ice retention.
- Aesthetic issues that do not affect performance are not covered past 30 days.
- Products that are intentionally misused, or abused, are not covered under the “Stuff” Happens Warranty.
- For warranty claims made after 3 years of purchase, you may be responsible to pay return shipping costs (unless prohibited by the laws of your state).
- Products that are used commercially are warrantied for 66 weeks from the date of purchase.
